At Sarva Vidya, we are driven by the main goal “empower to enable” the girl children from the villages. We strive to build productive relationship through our 'Village Connect and wellness programs' to make a positive impact in all of our pursuits.

Making A Difference In Villages

Changing and shaping lives of village girls.
We strive to provide holistic approach to solve the nagging problems to the village girl children that pose the biggest challenges in Today’s India. We make sure that the village girls and women are empowered by creating educational and vocational opportunities to individuals and communities.

Focus Areas Of Sarva Vidya

Empower To Enable

An outreach to provide job oriented education program to ensure education and economic independence to village girls. 850 girls (till 2024) have been benefitted through the 'Patient Care' education program and achieved economic independence with meaningful employment in hospitals.

No Child Left Behind (NCLB- After School Program)

No Child Left Behind (NCLB) is to motivate the under-privileged students to focus on education and career building. This consists of two segments, namely
1. After School Program
2. Joy Of Reading (JOR)

After School Program We have introduced application oriented form of After School Program for 8th and 9th standard students from September 2023. The objective is to impart conceptual based learning to motivate students to get deep understanding of subjects (Science, Maths & English). The students were encouraged to explore the subject beyond their academic limitations by ways of reading Encyclopedia, conceptual based essay writing, application oriented learning, and participating in subject based quiz are the few practices we follow, which will enhance their academic excellence over a period of time. The students are provided nutrititious snacks after school hours to combat malnutrition. Under NCLB, 1,500+ students have been benefitted till 2024.

Joy Of Reading (JOR)
The vision of Joy of Reading ( JOR ) is to spread the pleasure of reading everywhere amongst children. Setting up of a library and implementation of the Joy of Reading Hour which includes 'Read Aloud' sessions and activities related to the books read, promotes the pleasure of reading and enhances the imagination and creativity in children. Joy of Reading' sessions are organised through volunteers. Approximately 150 students per year are getting benefitted under this program.

Village Connect (After School Program in Villages)

Village Education Centres
Encouraging to pursue school education and provide necessary support. This is an extention of NCLB to villages. So far, 2 village centres have been established with library facilitiescand about 350 students have been benefitted till 2024. A In addition to After School Program (ASP) the following initiatives are also taken in villages.
1. Health Management Camps
2. Skill Development

Health Management Camps
Village Health Management camps offer medical help to remote villages. So far, 8,645 people from 25 villages have received medical attention through 55 health management camps.

2. Skill Development
Building Skill centres in villages for providing vocational training to the village women. 80 women have found jobs in 'Ready to wear apparel' industries in towns near their villages.
